Short answer: The Swolvy MCP server is at https://swolvy.com/api/mcp. It uses the Streamable HTTP transport with OAuth sign-in, needs no API key, and works without a Swolvy account.
Add it to your assistant
Paste the server address where your assistant adds a custom connector.
https://swolvy.com/api/mcp- Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
- ChatGPT: on chatgpt.com, Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server, with OAuth, then install the plugin. The desktop app's Add MCP server form (Streamable HTTP) works too, but without an account.
- Gemini: Settings & help → Connected Apps → Add a custom app.
- Any other MCP client: add a remote server with the same address.
What the assistant can do
Without an account the server offers the publishing tools. Link it to a Swolvy account during sign-in and the account tools are added.
- upload_to_swolvy: publish an HTML page (up to 2 MB in one call) with an optional password.
- start_swolvy_upload, append_swolvy_chunk, finish_swolvy_upload: publish large pages in parts.
- list_my_files, update_my_file, rename_my_file, delete_my_file: manage the pages in your account.
- set_my_file_password, set_my_file_path, set_my_file_metadata: password, address and link preview.
- get_my_plan, get_my_domain, connect_my_domain, set_my_branding: plan, custom domain and branding.
Sign-in and accounts
The server supports OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE, which is what Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini expect from a custom connector.
During sign-in you choose: continue without an account (uploads return a link and an edit token), or connect the assistant to your Swolvy account so its pages land in your dashboard. Account linking is available for Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.
Where the server is listed
The server is published in the official MCP Registry as com.swolvy/mcp, so clients that browse the registry can add it by name. Its documentation, the tool list, a Claude Code skill and API examples are on GitHub at github.com/enahmedsamy/swolvy-mcp.
